Modular Platform Systems, also known as Multi-Access Component Systems (MAPS) are prefabricated safety platforms that allow for a broad spectrum of applications. These systems are long-lasting and non-corrosive structures that can be configured to fit any application needed.
Create raised walkways, rooftop floating staircases, work platforms, crossover ladders and more, without costly engineering and fabrication. In almost every industrial environment, the need to gain safe access over pipes, dike walls, or other obstructions is a must. With our easily configured modular stairs, platforms and handrails you can do just that, all in an environmentally responsible way with the FRP Composite construction. We offer complete project customization and can meet virtually any industrial, warehouse or manufacturer application. FRP Composite material is lightweight, corrosion resistant, and pound-for-pound stronger than steel.

The universal modular design allows for a nearly unlimited set of configurations to allow access over and around obstructions such as conveyors, equipment, walls, piping, etc. Only the highest quality fiberglass reinforced polymer is used in the construction of this system.
With just five components, you can configure the perfect work platform or crossover ladder to meet your needs. All material is produced in the USA under stringent quality control procedures and is backed up by rigorous testing.
DESIGN GUIDELINES:
It is critical that all installation instructions and guidelines are followed. Design limitations can exist with respect to the required supports, proper footings and anchoring, and the end user's specific application.
→ A tower, ladder, or stairway is required at each end of the platform span. Only one platform unit in the center of any span may be left fully unsupported by a tower unit.
→ The maximum unsupported span is 103-1/8"L (measured from the inner faces of the opposing support columns) in order to maintain the capacity rating and deflection value. Deflection value is projected to be 1/240.
→ Rated capacity across unsupported span is projected to be 500 lbs. when assembled per instructions and supported by the design limitations.
