Power Pallet Handlers
We offer several options to serve your material handling needs in a safe, ergonomic manner. We also offer Counterbalanced Power Pallet Handlers.
Standard Power Pallet Handler
Our Standard Power Pallet Handler is designed to be used when a fork truck is not available. The Pallet Master can handle pallets, skids and crates both with and without an understructure. With up to 4,000 pounds of capacity and up to 60" of raised height, the pallet server series can be used for a variety of applications.
Features:
- Maximum capacity of 4,000 pounds
- Forks are 36" long
- Load center 18 inches from the vertical part of fork
- (2) 8" x 2" phenolic swivel & (2) 8" x 2" rigid casters
- 4" wide forks are adjustable from a 8" to 37"
- Lift is operated with a fingertip rocker switch
- Optional remote or on-board battery charger
- Charge indicator is also available for DC units
This pallet server enables one person to easily move fully loaded pallets without the use of a fork truck. The unique straddle design works well with pallets or skids with and without an understructure. Ideal for loading or unloading semi-trailers.

Basket & Skid Stackers
Transport open bottom pallets, skids, baskets, and crates with ease. Features an 18" horizontal load center and overall fork width of 37". Units roll smoothly on 6" x 2" swivel phenolic rear casters. Handle height is 40". Features 12V DC power standard with on-board charger. AC and Air is also available.
The Basket & Skid Stacker is a hybrid of our Tilt-Master and our Standard Power Pallet Handler. 12V DC Standard.

Power Traction Drive System
Reduce worker injury and fatigue. This factory installed option is available on portable equipment. Providing an alternative to costly fork trucks, the Power Traction Drive System includes combination throttle / direction butterfly style controller, an adjustable yoke, and auto reverse emergency "belly" switch. This state of the art option allows a single operator to safely and easily move products. The power pack is 42" wide. Maximum speed is 2.5 mph. 24V DC system.
