Accessing aircraft on the ground often requires your aircraft maintenance technicians to work at height, offering potential for accidents. This may be prevented using the correct equipment. We offer a variety of different types of ladders to choose from.
Our Aircraft Wheelwell Ladder provides safe and efficient access to Boeing 767 and 777 aircraft for landing gear inspection and maintenance. We offer two different styles and 3 sizes to conform to your Boeing aircraft.
Our All-Purpose Aviation Ladder is accessible from both sides. The wide leg stance supported by stretchers provides an added margin of stability. Castors and the lightweight, yet durable, aluminum construction allows for easy maneuverability around the tarmac. Our Double Fronted Aluminum Aircraft Ladder is manufactured from a lightweight 6000 series aluminum alloy for maximum strength with minimum weight. Aluminum alloys are used extensively in aircraft due to their high strength-to-weight ratio, as aluminum metal is much too soft for such uses, and it does not have the high tensile strength that is needed for airplanes and helicopters. Our double fronted Aluminum Aircraft Ladder features large 5” Tilt-n-Roll casters to allow for easy maneuverability with very little effort and they may be customized to service a particular aircraft.
Ground de-icing of aircraft is commonly performed in both commercial and general aviation. Our Aircraft De-icing Ladder is designed to rest on the wing of the aircraft. Heavy-duty rail bumper pads protect the fuselage and hatch from damage. Perfect for de-icing and wing inspection, this ladder comes in 3 different sizes to suit your needs.
Many of our existing ladders may be used for aircraft maintenance. Our Aluminum Rolling Ladder, Cantilever Ladder, and our Lock-N-Stock Portable Ladder as well as many others may be utilized as multi-purpose aircraft maintenance ladders.
